I have now completed my goal for two days in a row.
Today was nice enough that I walked the park. I did one mile this morning and felt quite spent at the end. I only stopped once to catch my breath.
My second walk happened a little after three and I again walked the park. This time was harder and I stopped several times to rest. The rest periods were not much more than a minute or two. I was definitely feeling it when I got home.
Today’s weight was 231.6.
