The Healthy Man...on paper

I had a major Doctors Appointment today which involved a complete physical. That means he checked me out head to toe and I got the finger up the butt. All seems well.

On paper, I am the picture of health. My blood pressure was 118/77. All my blood screens came back looking good. My cholesterol was 156. It should be below 200. The LDL was 94. It should be below 100. My HDL was 41. It should be above 35, so I just made it. Whew! Those are all great numbers.

The one number that isn't so good is my weight...223 pounds. As I say here ALL THE TIME, I need to get to 200.

I am assuming that because of the weight and my degenerating heart I am tired. I am weary. I am wheezy. I have no stamina.

I see Kadel the Cardiologist next Thursday.

Here's a Post for the Sake of a Post

It is Twenty Fifteen and for what appears to be the 45th consecutive year, I am still fat. That means I was in pretty good shape up to age twelve.

I weighed in at 222.9 this morning. No breathing problems today and I really want to get out and do some walking. But I'm kind of pussing out because of the weather. And today is a warm day relatively speaking.
