I took the weekend off from PU's because we went skiing and it interrupted my routine.
Today is the first day of the rest of my diet. I am using the South Beach Diet approach, which means no alcohol for the next two weeks, no carbs, no fruit...it's going to be tough. But I want to get to 200 pounds, or as close as I can in 40 days.
I have 23 pounds to go.
