I had what I think was a really good walk today.
I did the mile around the park. I was walking at a pretty brisk pace. I thought I could finish below 20 minutes. It took me 21 minutes.

I spent most of the walk below 90% oxygen and some it below 80%. I never felt dizzy or terribly out of breath.It’s really weird the way some days are slogs and others are a breeze.
