Last night, Susan and I attended Maundy Thursday services at our church and then went to Planet Fitness for a little exercise.

It was her first time and I'm not sure how impressed she was. She got on the elliptical next to me and we went 30 minutes. I quit just short of thirty minutes when my display said I had burned 300 calories.

She didn't think the elliptical is the machine for her and next time will probably use a treadmill.

Afterward, we went home and soaked in the hot tub. We have used the hot tub more in the last two weeks than we have all winter. I need to drain it and change out the water but I haven't been able to schedule a good time to do it. Draining it means it is down for two days and THAT is when I will really want to use it.

I left the house without breakfast this morning and just thought to myself that I would stop at Burger King and get a Croissandwich. Then I remembered that I am not eating that way any longer. Once I came to that realization, I was fine with not having the death burger for breakfast.

As you can see from todays' header, the meal plan is working. I'm not calling it a diet because a diet indicates eating a certain way until one has lost weight. My plan is to eat this way consistently in order to get to my ideal weight...and stay there.

What is my ideal weight? That's a good question. I think it is around 200 poundages.
